Rental prices quoted are for periods of 12 months or greater and are for furnished apartments. For shorter periods please contact us for a quotation. The service charge includes a provision for gas, water and electricity.
Broadband connection, TV, satellite as well as the cleaning of communal areas are also included. Cleaning and ironing services can be provided on request for an additional charge.
The Franklin Apartments are newly developed luxury 1 bedroom flats in an entirely renovated art nouveau period building on Rue Franklin/Franklinstraat close to the European Commission, Schuman Brussels mainline railway station, Schuman METRO station and the airport bus route stops.
